I am working on a 2009 IndyCar carset and actually got a good head start after the preseason tests in Homestead and Sebring, but there wasn't enough pics online to get a whole carset ready.
I should be able to get an initial carset done between Long Beach and Indy. It'll mainly be the regular series runners with a couple extra cars thrown in.
After Indy I'll probably fill out the carset with the Indy Only drivers/teams.
Just a quick status update.

Since Justin's been in the Black Z-Line livery for 2 out of 3 races , I'll probably switch him over before releasing the carset.
I'm hoping Will stays in the Verizon livery for the 500.

Started Manning/Duno livery last night.
Matos will be the Air Force livery since that livery has run 2 out of 3 races this year.
That leaves six spots left for the Indy only drivers.
Based off the entry list here's who may fill the final six spots.
At this point I'd say PT is a lock to be in the carset.
John will probably be in there too.
The rest will depend on where they qualify and who the other TBD drivers are.

I'm not sure about if I'll be doing the alternate liveries yet (Kanaan, Dario, Marco, etc...). I'd like to get the carset done first before thinking about updates or alternates.
BTW, I didn't go to Long Beach this year. I can only afford one race per year so I decided to go to Indy this year.
I must say, I have been a bit spoiled with the Long Beach GP practically in my backyard.
I was really spoiled when CART ran LB at the beginning of the season and finished at Fontana.
Ahhh memories.
Another Livery update.
Danica will be running Boost Mobile starting at Indy for the rest of the season.
From the looks of it, it's the same livery design, except the blue is now orange.
I'm headed to Indy on Thursday which means I'll be spending most of Wednesday night packing.
I probably won't get back to the carset until Milwaukee so in the meantime, I let you guys play with what I've got done so far.
Consider this a beta release. I can say the the drivers are pretty much set, but as you'll see, there's still some work that needs to be done with the back half of the field.
