Its pretty good Thumbsup I like how you put the yellow lines to show the edges. I never knew the original one was wrong, it still doesnt change my view on this track though, i hate it. Smile

I knew the original was wrong.  I remember a couple of years back someone, (I think 96Hondaracing) started a thread about how wrong it was and whether or not it could be fixed.
Everone basically told him that fixing it would be too much effort for the end result. At the end of the thread it was like 'shut up and be happy you has something close to the actual track'.

Your efforts were worth it Pavell.
Thank you.  It's one of my favorite tracks.Smile

Well Done Pavel 69!   I've only driven the track in preseason testing mode, but it looks great and its pretty accurate too!

Mr Letterman ? A 'couple of years back' this would have been impossible to fix because we did not have access to the N3 Sandbox tools then. Also, this general consensus 'shut up' reaction does not sound typical of the average level of discussion on either this board or the M4Driving forum so I would love to see that thread you are referring to if it's still around somewhere.

Pavel: great job once again. I again like the crisp feel to this track like you had in the Disney World track. Who knows, I might even start enjoying running at Cleveland Smiley

You have not put a foot wrong since you started making tracks, it's great to see that the tutorials are used by at least one person to make new tracks so all that effort was not for nothing Smiley So a big THANK YOU to you !

I should get around to posting some good stuff on the website in the upcoming days and this track will surely be uploaded too.

RE: New Cleveland track

your cams (taking a second look) are the actual TV cams.
Nice job. The new track really takes some getting used to at first. But you can tell how much more right it looks and feels from the drivers seat.

RE: New Cleveland track

pavel, good job.

but i have a question, and its sorta nitpicky (i'm sorry Wink2). i went to this race the last 4 years, i was wondering if you had any plans to update this track with any current graphics and objects (for example, the grandstands starting one section past the pit chicane, getting rid of the wall on the backstretch for pit lane, pits being on the opposite side of pit lane etc.).

plus as a purely technical question only, is it not possible to have pit lane as far away from the rest of the track as it is in real life?
